Will servicing here affect my warranty?+
No. Block Exemption legislation allows any independent garage to service your car using OE-quality parts without affecting the manufacturer warranty.
What's included in a full service vs interim?+
Interim covers oil, filter and a safety check. Full adds extra filters, plugs (petrol), brake fluid checks and more. Major services include cambelt/coolant where due.
Do you stamp the service book?+
Yes. Physical book and digital service record where supported (VAG, BMW, Mercedes and others).
Do you fit OEM or aftermarket parts?+
OE-quality as standard. Genuine on request. Aftermarket only when you ask and only from brands we trust.
What if my car isn't listed?+
It probably is. There are 800+ models in our system. Call or WhatsApp your reg and we'll quote inside the hour.
Can I pay monthly?+
Yes, through Payment Assist. Pay the first instalment when you book, then 5 more monthly, 6 in total, interest-free. Available on jobs up to £3,000, no setup fees.
How do I know it's time for a service?+
Manufacturer schedules vary, but most cars need an interim every 6 months / 6,000 miles and a full every 12 months / 12,000. We'll tell you what yours is due.
Do you reset service intervals on the dashboard?+
Yes. Every service includes a full service reset and digital record where supported.
What if you find extra work needed?+
We stop, send photos and a clear quote on WhatsApp. Nothing goes ahead until you've said yes.
