How we fit and balance your tyres

The fitting itself is where cheap tyre shops cut corners. Bead lube done properly so the new tyre seats without dragging on the rim. Valve replaced every time (not 'yours looks fine'), torque on the wheel nuts done with a calibrated wrench to manufacturer spec (not rattled up with the gun), balance weights stuck where they're meant to be on alloys to keep the face clean, and a road test on anything performance to confirm no high-speed shake. Five minutes a wheel done badly, twenty minutes a wheel done right.
