Auxiliary belt off, crank pulley off, top and bottom timing covers off. We lock the cam and crank with the correct Vauxhall tools (KM-6347, KM-6348 or equivalent). New cambelt, new tensioner, new idler, new water pump, new aux belt and tensioner, OE-spec coolant. Sealing washers and pulley bolts replaced where Vauxhall mandate single-use.
