What we see most on Porsches
Lacquer peel on Cayenne and Macan 21s is the most common job - they're heavy SUVs, the wheels see a lot of weather, and the lacquer goes within four or five years. 911 kerb damage on fronts is the second - narrow front track on the older 991 and 992 generations means the front nearside rim catches kerbs in tight London streets.
Centre-lock 911s need the right tooling to remove and refit safely - we've got it and we use it. We torque to spec with a calibrated wrench, not by feel.
Colour change
Some 911 and Cayenne owners want the standard silver swapped for satin black or platinum. Powder coat colour change is the right way to do it - full strip, coated, baked, lacquered.
